Ida Falk Winland sings Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte at the Glyndebourne Festival
The Glyndebourne Opera Festival presents Così fan tutte staged by Nicholas Hytner with opening night on July 4th 2021. As Fiordiligi we hear soprano Ida Falk Winland, who previously has appeared in the same role at Opéra National de Paris, then staged by choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. Così fan tutte will be played throughout the entire summer festival, with the last performance on August 27.
Last season Ida Falk Winland added a new role to her repertoire, when she performed Mimì in the Göteborg Opera's live streamed concert versions of La Bohème. Ida also appeared in the role of Gilda in Rigoletto at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm.
