Christina Nilsson and Karolina Bengtsson in Oper Frankfurt's new Tannhäuser.
Oper Frankfurt presents a new production of Wagner's Tannhäuser with Christina Nilsson making her role debut as Elisabeth and young soprano Karolina Bengtsson in the role of A young shepherd.
The production is staged by South African director Matthew Wild and Oper Frankfurt's General Music Director Thomas Guggeis leads the Oper Frankfurt orchestra.
Premiere on April 28 with performances until June 2nd.
