World premiere of Sven-David Sandström's last opera Livets Bok - The Book of Life on October 14, with Miriam Treichl and Jeremy Carpenter in the leading roles as “The Woman” and "The Man”
The opera is based on Niklas Rådström's Boken - The Book. Miriam Treichl and Jeremy Carpenter are joined by Matilda Paulsson, Anders Larsson and Wiktor Sundqvist together with the Norrköping Symphony Orchestra and a total of 22 soloists, the Eric Ericson Chamber Choir and the Norrköping's Vocal Ensemble, conducted by Tobias Ringborg.
The world premiere takes place on Friday 14 in De Geerhallen in Norrköping, with a second performance on October 15.
